If you said, "Bdogg and DH's future house," you would be right! (It's a small pic, but I'll put a better one up soon!)

Last weekend we put an offer on the above house (about 15 min away from where we're currently living) and they accepted! Tomorrow I'm meeting with the inspector and if all goes well, DH and I will officially be homeowners on January 26, four days before my 30th birthday. Kinda crazy, isn't it? I still don't feel "grown up" enough to be a homeowner....
